Job Description
This position is responsible for a variety of duties relative to specific functions within Human Resources (for example, Employment Services, Benefits, HRIS). The position involves a high level of independent program administration and problem solving ability relative to all transactional processing areas of Human Resources. It's responsible for processing and/or initiating employee data changes in the HRIS and is responsible for preparing, processing and auditing personnel data for input, verifying the accuracy of input and following up with departments to resolve issues. This position interacts with various levels of the organization and will require individual judgment and independent decision-making.
• Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications.
• Assist in recruitment process from job advertisement to socialization of newcomers.
• Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes.
• Conducts competency-based interviews and uses appropriate assessments.
• Develops recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels.
• Developing, organizing, schedules and evaluate training programs.
• Assist in Performance management cycle (planning. Coaching, evaluating, feedback and improvement plan).
• Employee Relations: managing absence, grievances, sickness etc. Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.
• Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
• Plan, design and conduct motivational programs to increase Employee Satisfaction, hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
