Isun Company is seeking for professional and experienced human resource manager. • Planning human resource strategies according to the company mission • Designing and revising human resource processes • Estimating required human resources and recruitment • Designing and revising job description • Designing and establish performance management system • Estimate training requirements and designing and establishing the Training system • Designing and establishing Job rotation and job enrichment systems • Diagnosing the system defects and the administrative structure of human resource processes • Design and revising guidelines, procedures and personnel policies • Designing and revising the organizational structure • Establish and upgrade human resource data base

Requirements

•+5 years of experience in Human Resource Management • Age limit: 30 to 40 years old •Specific knowledge and skills • Conflict management • Systems thinking • Time management • Organizational development • Talent management and Talent acquisition • Payment structure • Motivation systems • Organizational behavior • Job maintenance • Employee relations • Project management ý • Good knowledge of Iranian Labor and social security laws and regulations. • Excellent communication skills both written and negotiate • High emotional intelligence.
