Requirements
- Mastery of the HRM processes like Recruitment and Employment, Training, Performance evaluation, Payroll calculation
- Mastery of Labor and social security laws
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in industrial engineering or management
• Age: 35 to 45 years old
• Experience: 10 to 15 years of work experience in large Industries
• Language: Familiar or higher in English, Persian as native language
• Gender: Male
