Job Description
- Supervise the development, implementation and administration of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs - Devise, supervise, and coordinate training programs which will increase proficiency in safe practices and promote HSE consciousness - Continually maintain an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge and preparedness across the division - Review internal HSE policies and practices to ensure they are current and appropriate - Plan and coordinate HSE objectives for continuous improvement - Provide regular written reports and updates to the Senior Management Team - Review and analyze accidents and near miss incidents and making corrective action and recommendations - Directs the resources and activities of the Division to support the HSE programs by providing advice and guidance - Supervise execution of HSE related capital projects for the company - Lead all environmental compliance - Conduct the implementation of new or updated HSE prevention and compliance programs. - Conduct plant visit - Number of Staff to be recruited in this position: 1 - Job Location: Firouzkouh - Desired start date: ASAP
Requirements
- University Qualifications: Minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental and safety or related field - Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 8 years of Supervising experience in HSE - Specialist knowledge: Working knowledge of HSE Management Systems - Soft Skills and Personality traits: * Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent analytical skills * Ability to train others and lead teams * Process Improvement - Language Fluency: Fluent in written and spoken English. - Ideal Age: 30- 40 - Gender Preference: Male
