HSE Sales Specialist

Job Description

HSE Sales & Technical Specialist is responsible for sales development and technical support of safety equipment and services in EPC projects and oil, gas, petrochemical, power plant and industrial industries. This position includes reviewing the RFQ and technical documents of the project, selecting the appropriate HSE equipment, preparing technical-financial proposals, negotiating with internal and external suppliers, communicating directly with the client and following up the sales process until the final delivery of goods or services.

This role requires a combination of HSE technical knowledge and project sales skills and the selected individual will work closely with engineering, commercial, project control and supply teams.

Main duties:
RFQ review and project safety requirements
Selection of HSE equipment according to spec and employer's requirements
Preparation of Technical Offer and Commercial Proposal
Correspondence and negotiation with vendors and service providers
Responding to the employer's clarifications
Follow up of tenders and orders until final delivery
Collaborate with engineering, supply and HSE project teams
Develop relationships with reliable suppliers of safety equipment

Eligibility conditions
Bachelor's degree or higher in HSE, Industrial Safety, Engineering or related field
At least 3 years of relevant experience in industrial HSE or safety equipment sales
Ability to analyze project safety needs
Relative proficiency in technical English
Negotiation skills, effective communication and follow-up
Team work spirit, responsibility and time management

Relative mastery of the following is required:
personal protective equipment (PPE)
Fire fighting equipment and fire extinguishing systems
Gas measuring and monitoring equipment
Production and supply of all kinds of industrial and advertising work clothes
Emergency Response Services
Medical services and medical support projects

It is an advantage:
Work experience in oil, gas or petrochemical projects
Experience in direct communication with external suppliers
Familiarity with EPC processes and industrial tenders
Familiarity with safety standards (ISO / OSHA / NFPA, etc.)
