HSE Manager

Job Description

Exon Group, a leader in the consumer goods industry since 2007, is seeking a dedicated HSE Manager to join our team in Tehran. This role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies to ensure compliance and foster a culture of safety within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures that align with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead investigations for any incidents, accidents, or near misses, and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Provide HSE training and education to employees to enhance awareness and adherence to safety practices.
- Coordinate with government and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental laws.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in safety performance and environmental sustainability.
- Manage emergency response planning and conduct drills to ensure preparedness.
- Collaborate with departments to integrate HSE considerations into operational processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Environmental, Health, or Safety).
- Proven experience in a similar HSE role within a consumer goods or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to identify risks proactively and implement effective solutions.
- Fluency in HSE practices.
