•Plan, conduct, and monitor HSE audits and inspections across manufacturing plants and operational sites to evaluate compliance with legal requirements, applicable standards, and management systems.
•Identify, record, monitor, and follow up on HSE non-conformities, hazards, and corrective and preventive actions to minimize risks and improve control effectiveness.
•Monitor, analyze, and report HSE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing analytical reports to support continuous performance improvement.
•Oversee risk assessment processes for activities, equipment, and operational processes, and monitor the implementation of risk control measures.
•Monitor the reporting, investigation, and analysis of incidents and near misses, identify root causes, and recommend preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
•Plan, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of HSE training programs across manufacturing plants and operational sites.
•Participate in the development, review, implementation, and continuous improvement of HSE policies, procedures, and related documentation, ensuring effective deployment across operational units.
•Monitor emergency preparedness and response programs and assess site readiness for fire, spill, explosion, and natural disaster scenarios.
•Ensure HSE compliance in contractor activities by reviewing qualifications, documentation, training records, and monitoring compliance during high-risk operations.
•Support the implementation of environmental protection, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives to enhance overall HSE performance.
Qualifications
•Gender: Male
•Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health Engineering, Industrial Safety Engineering, HSE Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Health Engineering, or a related field.
•Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HSE, preferably within manufacturing or process industries.
•Good knowledge of HSE regulations, legal requirements, international standards, and management systems.
•Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, HSE auditing, incident management, and performance analysis.
•Willingness to travel to manufacturing plants and operational sites as required.
Technical Skills
•Familiarity with at least one risk assessment software.
•Familiarity with Hooya software.
•Familiarity with Phast software.
•Strong analytical reporting and documentation skills.
•Excellent problem-solving, planning, and follow-up skills.
