Job Description

Objective: Ensures implementation and professional management of the Company¡¦s policies, practices and systems. Responsible for human resources, administration, recruitments, and payroll support and administration services. Main Responsibilities: • Responsible for the employment process (recruitment, ýselection, orientation) for all professional and clerical ýpositions and for managerial positions below direct reports to ýcountry manager ý • Handles the orientation as well as separation process • Coordinates with the distributors HR department for preparation of employment contracts • Coordinates with the distributors accounts department for the process of monthly payroll • Coordinates with distributors HR and accounts department for preparation of monthly accruals for settlements • Responsible for documentation preparation, approval, purchase, and distribution of assets for new employees • Responsible for Headcount reporting and handles Headcount Planning • Ensures all job descriptions are completed and updated • Responsible for Evaluation and appraisal process rollout throughout the operation • Ensures the companies policies and procedures are implemented and followed accordingly • Preparation and implementation of local policies in coordination with distributor • Ensures that distributors regulation complies with Iranian labor law • Reviews and supports training and development activities. Research for local training providers, coordinates training, timings, participants and any other related issue and is responsible for the planning and budgeting of training cost • Assists Country Manager in ýoperational budget and reporting process • Co-authorizes & coordinates purchases in regards to assets, ýmaterials, services and service contracts ý • Preparation of Country Managers flight booking, travel request form, local and travel expenses • Purchases FF team flight tickets and controls their travel expenses • Preparation of distributors debit note report on a monthly basis and analysis of expenses if required • Co-ordinates with extended insurance company for employees¡ medical reimbursement Reporting to: Country manager Subordinates: Admin Support Desired Start Date: As soon as possible Probation: 3 to 6 months Working Hours: 8 - 4:30 Travel Requirements: Occasional travel within and outside of the country

Requirements

University Qualifications: Minimum BA or similar Previous Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in HR/ADMIN Other Skills: - Pro-active and hands-on approach - Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Language Skills: Fluent in English
