We are seeking a skilled, experienced HR Manager to join our growing company. As a HR manager you will support the people management functions that underpin the business culture. As a HR Manager your key responsibilities will include: ● Identify, design and update policies and procedures of all HR systems and processes such as: recruitment, onboarding, off boarding, evaluation appraisal system, training and development program, payroll system, reward and compensation system, talent management and organizational culture, career path planning and maintenance system. ● Designing and implementation of performance management system ● Improving organizational structure by updating job requirements and job description for all positions. ● Organizing all personnel administration affairs according labor law, such as contracts, SSO, PIT (Salary Tax), insurance and manage company payroll issues. ● In conjunction with the Head of HR, ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law. Ensure line managers are up to date with changes to any policies. ● Defining OKRs/ KPIs and measures for processes. ● Performing job analysis & evaluations for new positions or existing ones for reclassification purposes. ● Formulating training policies, programs and schedules, based on knowledge of identified training needs, company processes, business systems or changes in products, procedures or services. ● Maintaining records and preparing statistical reports to evaluate performance of instructors and monitor progress of trainees. ● Identifying and designing succession and development plan for employees. ● Designing and conducting motivational programs to increase Employee Satisfaction.

Requirements

● Approved competencies in design and management of HR guidelines and systems with a focus on Performance Appraisal; Recruitment; Training and Retention. ● Master's degree in Management fields, MBA, or Industrial Engineering from a reputable university in the country and abroad. ● +5 years of proven effective work experience as a HR Manager ● Individuals with HR related International certificates are given priority. ● Proficiency in English and related general and specialized software ● Work experience as HR manager in the capital market and technology fields is an advantage Benefits: ● Health and supplementary insurance. ● Achievements bonuses. ● Gym memberships or discounts. ● Meals including breakfast and lunch. ● Gift cards. ● Investment funds. ● Individual development. ● Stock market trainings
