
Job Description
-Supervise proper implementation of human resource and administrative instructions and processes - Implement approved operational plans and provide regular reports to the senior manager - Supervise bids for sales of Company's used assets, wastes, etc. - Cooperate and make coordination with various organizational departments for improvement of work methods and proper implementation of the regulations governing the Company -Writing job description through gathering information from all of the organization and performing job shadowing - Updating organization chart and human resource needs - Provide necessary report to the managing director - Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR Director

Max.Age:40 University qualifications: at least Bachelor degree or higher in H.R. University Qualification: B.S or higher degree in H.R. Experience: 5+ years of Experience in H.R. Familiar with H.R. Systems/ Software Job Location: Tehran
