The HR Manager is responsible for all areas of HR for planning and recruitment, training, retention, evaluation and dismissal of HR services in order to increase productivity in order to support the business goals of the company.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Oversee and manage pay plan and benefits program
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
-Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- University Degree in a related subject
- Having at least 10 years working experience of which 5 years’ experience in the similar role
- Age: 35-45 years old
