
Job Description
-Objective: Perform activities in the human resource area. Includes employment specialists who screen, recruit, interview, and place workers. -Main responsibilities: -Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities. -Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork. -Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations. -Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, -transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software. -Reporting to: Planning Manager -Subordinates: Sales Manager -Other interactions: Factory
Requirements
University qualifications: Bachelor or master's degree in human resources or management, related fields. Previous experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in human resources or a related field. Specialist knowledge: Being responsible and committed. -Self-motivated and willing to take initiative. -Having good knowledge of HRM activities. -Ability to work under pressure. -Familiarity with labor and Tax laws. -Excellent time management and perfect attention to details. -Ability to work autonomously. -Very strong interpersonal skills. -High flexibility to work to the demands of the role. -Other Skills: - Proficiency in MS office especially in Excel. -Ideal Age Range: 30 above
