Job Description
• Identify staff vacancies, interview and select applicants. • Design, implement job evaluation and grading. • Provide job descriptions for various positions. • Be Familiar with Competency models. • Design career path and succession plan. • Design and implementation of the Performance Management System. • Measure employees' productivity and effectiveness at all levels, preparing related report. • Development of testing and training evaluation procedures. • Analysis of HR statistics such as turnover rate, headcount. • Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements
• BA/ MA in Human Resource and/or other related fields. • At least 3-4 years of related experience. • Excellent command of Microsoft Office. • Knowledge of Iran labor law. • Fluency in English Language. • Be able to work accurately, with good attention to detail. • Be able to use databases, spreadsheets, and word processing and accounts packages. • Responsible, committed and proactive. • Ready to learn and hard working. • Working in IT industry is a plus.
