Job Description

• Assisting the HR Recruitment & Personnel Relations Section Head in updating of ýCNPCII manpower requirement plan and controlling the overall preparation of personnel ýfiles. This includes: Coordinating the preparation of annual manpower forecasts, maintaining ývacancy lists, verifying all forms of manpower movements to ensure compliance with ýapproved establishment. Studying, reviewing and following up on organizational changes and ýpersonnel movement to maintain updated organization charts. Preparing regular and ad-hoc ýstatistical reports related to manpower establishment and strength. ý • Assisting in maintaining and updating the Company's Personnel Policy Manual. ýDeveloping the new personnel policies and procedures, revising the existing personnel ýpolicies and procedures, maintaining and updating the Personnel Policy Manual to ensure ýthe policies have been properly communicated. This includes: Interpreting and explaining ýthe policies and procedures with regard to any inquiries from all levels of personnel, ýobtaining appropriate approval on the proposed new or revised policies and procedures, ýpreparing communication letters to the company, integrating and updating the Personnel ýPolicy Manual.ý • ý Assisting in supervising and maintaining Human Resources Management Information ýSystem. This includes: Supervising the maintenance and updating of the databases, enrolling ýusers, controlling and monitoring users' access to the databases, develop backup database ýof information, maintaining system security, monitoring and optimizing database ýperformance. Taking the lead and coordinating in all activities related to HRMS ýparticularly involving the customization and development of existing and new databases.ý • Carrying out other similar or related duties such as revising and processing ýdepartmental requests for changes of job titles and/or reporting relationships, supervising ýthe maintenance and updating of manpower establishment by authorizing pertinent input ýforms, coordinating the preparation of manpower control and analysis forms, e.g. ýmanpower requisitions, promotion/salary adjustment, change of title, transfer forms, ýresearching and preparing ad-hoc manpower reports as requested.ý

Requirements

• BA Degree in Management or any relevant major.ý • ý5 years' experience in HR management related to manpower planning.ý • Fluency in English language.ý • Skillful in computer application in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ýgood understanding of database concepts.ý
