Job Description

Objective: To be in charge of the personnel administration management and make sure that the rules and the labour laws are respected: Main responsibilities: - Personnel administration - Labour contracts - Training plan and follow up - Local legislation and labour rules - Communication with the staff - Recruitment - HR projects (staff survey, update of the company rules) - Expatriates administration (work permit, residence permit, exit visa) - Appraisal process Reporting to: Country Manager Other interactions: HR Manager in Dubai Number required: 1 Duration: 1 year renewable Desired start date: 01 may 08 Probation: 03 months Working hours: 8.30 - 1700 Travel requirements: occasional travel to France, Holland, Dubai Gross monthly base salary: negociable Other Benefits: Airline free tickets

Requirements

University qualifications: BS Previous experience: 2 years experience in administrative position Specialist knowledge: - French and/or English speaker - Strong knowledge in the labour law - Skills in computer office (word – excel) Other Skills: - leadership ability Ideal age range: 25-40 Language skills: English - French Current residence: Tehran
