Job Description
Provide HR support to the field force sales team while ensuring efficiency, productivity and completion of all tasks including: • Manage the recruitment processes • Manage administrative HR Tasks • Preparing different HR reports • Build and sustain good relationship with stakeholders • Record all leave, mission and overtime requests • Providing and updating HR database
Requirements
• University degree/ equivalent qualification • Knowledge about Labour Law & SSO • Knowledge and experience about HR practices (Recruitment, Admin tasks) • English language at intermediate level • Ability to work with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel and Word) • Team leadership skills • Having car is mandatory • Ready to visit Filed Force staff on defined places
