● Provide helpdesk support.
● Install and maintain software and hardware components, devices, printers, scanners, computers, etc.
● Assist with network administration tasks.
● Install and ensure proper installation of network cables, nodes, connections, etc.
● Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
● Respond to requests for technical assistance or information via phone, email, or other communication tools.
Requirements
● Fluent in computer hardware and software.
● Familiar with networking topics (Network+).
● Fluent in passive network affairs (installation and support).
● Sufficient experience in operating and troubleshooting office machines (printers and scanners).
● Fluent in Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
● Introduction to Veeam Backup.
● Introduction to SharePoint.
● Familiar with CCTV.
● Familiarity with network equipment (routers, switches, wireless, etc.).
● At least three years of work experience.
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology.
● Preferably have Network+, CCNA, and MCSE certifications.
● A person who is ethical, responsible, accountable, disciplined, punctual, and persistent.
● Ability to do teamwork.
