Head of Warehouse

Job Description

• Present the performance report of the warehouse and logistics unit on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis to calculate the KPI of the unit and the colleagues of the unit.
• Manage all types of goods and items movements in input, output, transfer, subcontractors, returns, and consignment processes.
• Maintain Inventory and warehouse master data.
• Identify the most important index of inventory control.
• Monitor Inventory and ensure that the warehouse and goods in it are safe and secure.
• Inventory inspection supervision.
• Apply periodic control and keep a record of possible damages.
• Assist in preparing and executing all procedures and work instructions related to the inventory and warehouse.
• Coordinate the activities of other warehouse workers to make sure they comply with established standards.
• Communicate with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of products.
• Supervise warehouse employees and oversee daily operations.
• Perform general maintenance of machinery used in the warehouse.
• Report to the chief executive officer.
• Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
