Job Description

Responsibilities
• Lead the S&OP process and conduct monthly and weekly meetings with Sales, Distribution, Procurement, Finance, and Production Planning teams.
• Analyze demand based on sales history, market trends, seasonality, and market data.
• Manage and control key service level indicators, safety stock, and prevention of stockouts and waste.
•Design and present S&OP dashboards and KPIs, including:
• Demand Accuracy / Bias
• OTIF
• Freshness & Shelf-life Management
• Lost Sales Analysis
• Enhance supply chain integration and build a cross-functional approach across organizational departments.

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in S&OP, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain within dairy, beverage, or FMCG industries.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, production planning, and nationwide distribution supply chain.
• Ability to analyze data and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
• Strong skills in meeting management, decision-making, and cross-functional coordination.
• High analytical capability, accuracy, and ability to prepare managerial reports.
