Job Description

● Participation in organizing the department's annual schedule. ● Overseeing the execution of the annual goals of the department. ● Oversight and follow-op on the purchasing process. ● Approval of the procurement sources. ● Possessing updated information of the related equipment markets. ● Evaluation and approval of the drafts of purchasing orders. ● Long term planning for empowerment and improving efficiency of the department's staff.

Requirements

● Higher education (at least Bachelor's degree) in business administration or industrial engineering. ● More than 6 years of experience in purchasing and procurement. ● Full knowledge of the Oil and Gas and engineering equipment. ● Dominant on purchasing affairs. ● Full knowledge of business, exportation and importation laws. ● Full knowledge on customs laws. ● Fluent in English. ● Strong communication and problem-solving skills. ● Familiar with the standards of PMBOK. ● Skilled in planning and cost and time management. ● Familiar with different types of drilling Services.
