
Job Description
1. Educational qualification:
At least a bachelor's degree in engineering (industrial engineering, management engineering, civil engineering, etc.) or related fields
Preferably having a project management related qualification such as PMP (Professional Project Management) or PRINCE2
2. Work experience:
At least 5 years of work experience in project planning and control, preferably in large and complex projects
Experience in using project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
Experience in project team management and coordination between different departments of the organization
3. Technical and software skills:
Familiarity with data analysis tools and project management software
Proficiency in using Excel and other software related to reporting and analysis
4. Communication and management skills:
Ability to communicate effectively with teams, senior managers and project stakeholders
Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions under pressure
5. Ability to analyze and solve problems:
Detailed analysis of project issues and finding practical solutions to problems
Ability to identify risks and provide strategies to deal with them
6. Personal characteristics:
High attention to detail and ability to control quality
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Analytical mindset and ability to evaluate data effectively
