Job Description
● Careful and continuous monitoring of the performance of employees under his supervision.
● Encourage, persuade and punish employees for continuous improvement of activities, knowledge promotion, innovation, carte blanche.
● Train the authority and responsibility of foremen or senior employees of the production unit.
● Establish work discipline in the production unit.
● Prepare a report on the problems and issues of the production unit and submit it to the factory management.
● Provide daily production statistics and information.
● Cooperation with the production planning unit and factory management regarding the preparation of the monthly production budget.
