Job Description

One of the subsidiary companies of Fouman Chimie Industrial Group is recruiting a Head of Marketing. If you meet the following conditions, please send us your resume:

Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products to develop the brand identity.
Help shape the brand positioning and narrative while targeting the proper audience.
Manage, lead and organize the marketing department
Participating, and cooperating in defining the strategy of the marketing department
Create marketing strategies to launch and market new products.
Conduct in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences to support campaign creations.
Set speciﬁc marketing goals that align with the overall direction and business goals.
Conduct internal and warehouse marketing.
Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, retention, and ROI.
Research the market to identify new opportunities.
Ensure brand alignment to increase brand awareness and equity.
Provide analysis and recommendations to the sales, international development, and sustainability teams.
Use marketing tools to enhance performance and inform strategies such as data analysis, SWOT, SEO, and CRO, etc.

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience as a marketing strategist, marketing manager, and/or in a similar role.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of the country’s socio-cultural and environmental background.
Able to conduct market visits across the country.
Active, ﬂexible, and positive: able to work in different contexts with highly different types of people.
English proﬁciency is required (reporting and communication).
Experience in the cosmetics industry is strongly encouraged.
Teamwork: cooperative, objective, open to criticism, and ready to work in a constructive environment.
Ideal age range: 35 to 45 years old.
