Job Description

● Enforcing the rights of the company by filing lawsuits in the competent judicial and administrative authorities and responding to the lawsuits that have been or will be filed against the company. ● Making a decision to file a lawsuit in cases such as contracts, designing the appropriate method of filing a lawsuit in judicial authorities, taking into account the dates of the lawsuit, especially in lawsuits arising from checks and taking action to file a lawsuit (judicial bills, calculation of litigation costs, etc.). ● Pursuing all lawsuits filed against the company and taking the necessary measures to defend them in judicial and administrative authorities such as the Ministry of Labor, Finance, Accounts Court, Inspection Organization, Municipality, etc., until they are closed. ● Evaluating and monitoring the performance of the company's lawyers, examining and selecting suitable lawyers (based on the requirements of the company's legal cases and lawsuits). ● Pursuing and taking legal action in a timely manner in requests for reconsideration and petitions and appeals regarding lawsuits presented in the courts of appeal, the Supreme Court of the country and the Court of Administrative Justice, according to the relevant legal deadlines. ● Communicating with the police authorities and follow-up of the cases presented in these authorities, such as the implementation of follow-up programs, care and cooperation in identifying the whereabouts of the accused and coordination with the judicial officers until the final result is achieved. ● Communicating with the units for the execution of judicial decisions and follow-up of the execution of the executions issued by the judicial and official authorities until the final result is achieved. ● Adopting the necessary measures in order to properly implement the decision and protect the rights of the company during the execution stage of the judgment, in cases of issuing a decision against the company and receiving executive orders. ● Responding to all judicial and police inquiries. ● Conducting legal researches and studies, especially civil rights, business, labor and social security, reviewing the approved laws and disturbing laws for the industrial activities of related organizations and presenting the environmental and legal analysis to the senior management. ● Providing legal advice to experts and managers and responding to the inquiries of the internal units of the organization in the company's operational area. ● Carrying out all the necessary measures to use the services of official judicial experts. ● Carrying out and following up all matters related to the Companies Registration Office, the Organization of Document and Real Estate Registration and matters related to official documents through official document offices. ● Interacting and responding to regulatory organizations such as parliamentary investigation and investigation teams, the country's inspection organization, the ministry, etc. ● Participating in the committees and commissions defined according to the relevant regulations. ● Preparing and presenting the necessary reports for the management of the company and superiors.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree in Law. ● Attorney's license or related work experience. ● Interested in learning and personal excellence. ● Skills in writing and reporting. ● Ability to make quick and correct decisions. ● Ability to analyze properly. ● Ability to communicate well and pay attention to details. ● Speaking and writing skills and the ability to persuade others.
