Job Description
Required Knowledge:
-Full proficiency in all financial concepts and accounting standards
-Ability to manage, train, and supervise the accounting team
-Complete mastery of payroll calculations, cost accounting, and inventory management
-Capability to prepare and generate financial and management reports
-Ability to prepare financial statements
-Sufficient experience in tax-related matters
-Familiarity with Direct Tax Law, Value Added Tax Law, Labor Law, Social Security Law, and Commercial Law
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
-Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in accounting team management
-Full proficiency in payroll processing, industrial accounting, and inventory
-Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports
-Strong command of Microsoft Office tools and Rahkaran System (or equivalent ERP software)
-Ability to handle stress in demanding work environments
-Patience and time management skills
-Team-oriented mindset and strong emotional intelligence
Job Description and Responsibilities:
-Performing all cost calculation procedures
-Overseeing inventory inflow and outflow, purchases, sales invoices, and reconciliation of receipts and payments
-Monitoring bank accounts and all related expenses
-Preparing VAT returns and quarterly purchase and sales reports
-Supervising the calculation and payment of payroll, insurance, and payroll tax obligations
