Job Description

 

  • Prepare financial and budget reports.
  • Monitor cash flow and predict future financial needs.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the overall goals of the organization.
  • Provide financial advice and support to senior managers.
  • Assess risk and provide guidance on investment decisions.
  • Ensure compliance of all financial transactions with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze the company's financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure all financial information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Develop the necessary criteria to measure the financial and operational performance of the company.
  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations in the company, such as cash flow management, payroll, invoicing, and other accounting records.

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related fields.
  • At least five years of accounting management experience.
  • Creativity in solving problems.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Understanding financial management, budgeting, and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Market analysis and research experience.
  • Experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Ability to create and interpret financial reports and statements.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
