-Translate projects into design assets and systems that meet business goals as defined by Design and marketing managers in a timely and efficient way
-Collaborate with the creative teams to help make the most efficient creative decisions and process set up
-Use your sharp judgment and visionary skills help shape great visuals for every execution across all channels
-Manage and execute digital and social projects in compliance with brand standards and business needs
-Image manipulation and retouch to help improve creative executions
-Designing printing material and online banners as well based on other department requests
Requirements
-B.S. or M.S. degree in Graphic Design or a Visual Arts subject
-Effective experience of working in startups
-Good practical experience with industry leading software and technologies, such as Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator
-Excellent hands-on layout, typography, Digital design and printing AD
-Eye for detail and a good understanding of layout and color
-You’re up-to-date with the latest trends and keep exploring new things
-Detail-oriented and self-motivated, organized, dependable, proactive nature with great communication skills
-Efficiently work under pressures, deadlines, and stretch extra hours to complete assigned task
