Job Description

Mission: The highest ranked position in charge of company’s brand. Reporting to Chief Marketing Officer. • To develop, maintain, implement and execute a comprehensive brand management strategy. • To be accountable for making the broad strategy for the development and management of company’s brands and effective communication with customers through various communication channels. • To setup long term directions and goals, and allocating resources so that the directions can be pursued and the goals can be reached in terms of company brand management • To deal with unforeseen events that emerge in the course of implementing their chosen strategies. • To pursue the brand and customer engagement strategies in the channels. • To evaluate set of companies with which Irancell competes for media spend, customer attention, loyalty and preference. • To incorporate the accountability for planning, development and implementation of all of the organization’s marketing communication activities, creation and execution of brand communication. • To provide strategic direction for capturing the B2C segments by liaising with related stake holders through branding and retail activities. • To be accountable for evaluation of strategic opportunities and the formulation of the strategies to grow targeted segments and overall value for Irancell. • To direct Irancell’s marketing and client communications programs. • To lead and provide strategy for the brand, retail marketing and PR teams; determine the business objectives, and implement plans to achieve those objectives. • To observe the relevant competitors strategic moves within the market and create market scenarios and possible counter strategies and proactive strategies. • To manage and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners and suppliers. • To be accountable for budgeting, forecasting, revenue stimulation, reporting and people management of assigned teams. Number of subordinates: over 30 (Direct & Indirect)

Requirements

Education: • Master Degree in Commerce (Marketing / Communication/ MBA) or related • Fluent in English Experience: • Minimum 5 years background in a similar position in large companies. • At least 10 years of experience in the field of brand and marketing. • Experience in multinational context is a plus. • Being Familiar with telecom industry is preferred.
