This position is responsible for leading financing processes, designing funding structures, developing relationships with financial institutions and investors, and managing financing activities for the company and its projects.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement financing strategies for the company’s projects and operations.
Identify, evaluate, and develop a range of financing instruments and funding methods.
Negotiate and engage with banks, financial and credit institutions, funds, investors, and other sources of financing.
Design and pursue Project Finance structures and domestic and international financing arrangements.
Evaluate and recommend an optimal funding mix, including debt facilities, equity, bonds, investment funds, and other money and capital market instruments.
Prepare and analyze financial models, project cash flows, debt repayment capacity, and debt structures.
Contribute to the development of Financial Models, Business Plans, and project feasibility studies.
Follow up on obtaining credit lines, loans, guarantees, and other banking and financial facilities.
Manage financing negotiations and processes, from structuring through to Financial Close.
Monitor financial and contractual obligations arising from financing arrangements and manage related risks.
Analyze financing costs and assess the impact of different funding structures on project profitability and cash flow.
Monitor money and capital markets and identify new funding opportunities.
Manage and monitor repayment schedules for loans and other financing-related obligations.
Prepare financial reports, analyses, and recommendations to support senior management decision-making.
Collaborate with Investment, Business Development, Legal, Planning, and Project teams throughout financing processes.
Manage multiple financing processes simultaneously and ensure follow-up through to completion.
Lead and develop the Funding team and evaluate the performance of related activities.
Key Qualifications and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is an advantage.
Relevant professional experience in financing, corporate banking, investment, or Project Finance.
Experience in financing infrastructure, industrial, or energy projects is a significant advantage.
Proficiency in Financial Modeling and the analysis of financial statements, cash flows, and capital structures.
Strong knowledge of financing instruments, funding methods, and banking procedures.
Professional familiarity with Project Finance structures and the financing of large-scale projects.
Knowledge of money and capital markets, credit facilities, bonds, investment funds, and other financial instruments.
Ability to assess debt structures, repayment capacity, and financing costs.
Strong command of CAPEX, OPEX, NPV, IRR, Cash Flow, Debt Structure, and sensitivity analysis.
Ability to conduct financial and economic analyses of projects and evaluate alternative funding scenarios.
Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills with banks, financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders.
Ability to manage the entire financing process, from structuring through to Financial Close.
Ability to prepare management reports and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
Proficiency in financial and financing-related English.
Strong results orientation, follow-through, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple financing processes simultaneously.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills in complex situations.
Specialized Software
- Familiarity with software tools for managing and analyzing investment projects and Project Finance is an advantage.
