Job Description
-Working directly with the Design, UX, and Strategy teams to translate their vision into production level code -Front End Developer will assist in bridging the designer-developer gap by building prototypes and proofs of concepts -Collaborating with UX team members, product, business, and technology partners and drawing inspiration from research, user goals and the world around you -Making informed decisions on visual style, quickly mocking up interactive prototypes, and being a part of the building process with production-level HTML, CSS + JS
Requirements
-Over 5 years of experience with web technologies and frameworks (HTML5, CSS3, Sass, Ajax, JavaScript, jQuery) -Over 5 years of experience completing rapid prototyping and delivering/supporting production-quality code; including, hands-on experience with Adobe creative suite, wire framing and prototyping tools -Over 4 years of experience with mobile optimized and cross-browser responsive design -Over 2 years of experience with React -Work experience in e-commerce organizations -Strong knowledge of design principles, issues, and techniques -Proficiency in the core languages of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a must, while a strong understanding of performance optimization, SEO, and Web Accessibility (WCAG) are a plus
