Job Description

  • Create and build a market by finding new prospects and retaining existing clients by demonstrating excellent customer service.
  • Contact and follow up with the customers on a daily basis, by calling and or other contacting media.
  • Support the customers on the issues that they may face throughout their purchase contract.
  • Prepare and issue PI and other documents related to export and sales.
  • Resolve the problems that customers may face, and prepare documents to support him/her in shipment or releasing his/her goods purchased from our company.
  • Follow up on the payments from customers.
  • Report to the managing director and the export department manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; or an MBA graduate. 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • At least 3 years of foreign sales experience.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Tidy, and punctual.
  • Result-oriented.
  • A good negotiator.
  • A team player.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to convince customers.
  • Fluency in English, Arabic or French.
