Job Description

● Compare prices, specifications and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers. ● Prepare, maintain and review purchasing files, reports and price lists. ● Finding the source of suppliers. ● Identify foreign suppliers for the purchase and registration of documents with superior monitoring. ● Do the ordering of items needed for company. ● Follow the clearance of goods purchased. ● Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.

Requirements

● At least Bachelor's degree in Business Management. ● Minimum 3 years of experience in Automotive industry. ● Fluent in English. ● Understanding the laws and regulations of contracts. ● Familiar with commercial regulation and law. ● The ability in administrative and commercial communications within and outside the organization.
