Your Mission
Register, execute, and follow up on incoming and outgoing foreign currency remittances until final receipt is confirmed
Carefully review client documents and ensure transactions comply with regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements
Monitor exchange rates and communicate them to clients and management on time
Reconcile accounts with counterparties and the finance department
Communicate with clients and domestic and international counterparties on remittance status
Quickly identify delayed or problematic remittances and solve them before they affect client satisfaction
Prepare daily and periodic transaction reports for management
You Probably…
Have 2+ years of experience in currency remittances, an exchange house, or a bank’s foreign exchange department
Know remittance processes, Central Bank foreign exchange regulations, and related systems
Can use English for business correspondence and reading financial documents
Are comfortable with Excel and produce accurate, clean reports
Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools for correspondence, summarizing, and reporting
Know which task comes first when several urgent remittances arrive at once
Are precise with numbers and details, and treat integrity as non-negotiable
Listen carefully and ask the right questions before acting
See feedback as a chance to improve, not a personal attack

Experience with accounting software (Sepidar, Hamkaran System, Holoo, Mahak, or similar)

Work Details
Location: West Tehran
Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Fridays are working days; the company’s weekly day off is Sunday.
