- Planning, executing and coordinating commercial tasks such as related and monitoring orders' process with suppliers, negotiating, , ordering, preparing related documents for payment, shipment and delivery schedules, commercial registration procedures, custom affairs, transportation and transit of the cargo and the related arrangements
-Responsible to set up, monitor commercial activities.
- Prepare and handle all necessary documentation from Proforma Invoice to shipping documents, custom cases and commercial registration procedures.
- Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit the necessary purchase and logistic documents.
- Responsible for obtaining all necessary governmental and non-governmental approvals and licenses in the importation process.
-Handle all bank procedures
- Supervising and controlling all shipping documents in all steps and keeping all archives updated according to department instructions.
- Preparing required reports
Requirements
- At least 1 years of experience in foreign ordering affairs
- Having good knowledge of importing processes
- Familiar with processes and rules of obtaining permits/licenses from organizations
- Familiar with commercial and international business terms and regulations.
- Familiar with all commercial affairs and NTSW and EPL websites
- Fluent English
- Good communication skills

- Expert in Excel, outlook and PowerPoint
-Extremely organized and ability to work under pressure and capable of multitasking in order to meet deadlines
- Minimum bachelor's degree
