-Purchasing equipment and materials from both domestic and foreign suppliers
-Perform and coordinate all commercial activities and affairs such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating and ordering to make the best purchase package
-Be up-to-date of current regulations and monitor applicable law changes.
-Make arrangement and coordinate inspections and shipments with sellers/suppliers
-Evaluate suppliers in regards to price, quality, support and delivery
-Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
-Handle recording of orders and relevant archiving.
-Resolves issues with contracts and commercial operations.
-Assesses risks and makes recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a business situation.
Requirements
-Minimum bachelor's degree, in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement/commercial field
-Familiar with industrial equipment in oil & gas field
-Good command of written and spoken English language
-Comprehensive knowledge of foreign procurement and commercial procedures, regulations, sourcing and correspondence.
-Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
-Proficient in working with computer and internet.
-Self-organized and motivated.
-Ability to work under work pressure, and deadlines.
