-Coordinating and handling all international commercial affairs such as ordering, corresponding, monitoring of orders process with suppliers such as; payments, deliveries and shipments
-Prepare and handle all necessary documentation from Proforma Invoice to shipping documents, custom affairs and commercial registration procedures
-Make arrangement and coordinate shipments with sellers/suppliers and resolve any possible issue regard to transportation
-Ensure that purchased goods and services are delivered on time and as per the agreement
-Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other possible problems
-Monitor shipments to ensure that goods loaded on time
-Updating shipment status daily
-Responsible for getting all the needed governmental and non-governmental approvals and licenses in import process
-Be up-to-date of current regulations and monitor applicable law changes
-Handle recording of orders and relevant archiving
-Checking foreign currency fluctuations and providing reports
-In case of necessity, shall work on public holidays as well
Requirements
-At least BA degree. Preferably candidates with relevant degrees. Experience in ceramics, raw materials, refractory, polymers or chemicals is an advantage.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement/commercial field

-Good communication, presentation, negotiation and team working skills
-Fluent in English Language
-Good command of computer: ICDL skills
-Familiar with commercial and international business terms and regulations
-Ability to create reports and documents for procedures and tasks
-Have great analytical and problem resolution skills
-Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines
