-Perform and coordinate all foreign commercial activities and affairs such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating and ordering to make the best purchase package
-Responsible for getting all the needed governmental and non-governmental approvals and licenses in importation process.
-Prepare and handle all necessary documentation from Performa Invoice to shipping documents, custom affairs and commercial registration procedures
-Be up-to-date of current regulations and monitor applicable law changes
-Make arrangement and coordinate shipments with sellers/suppliers and resolve any possible issue/ force in regards to transportation or client’s claim
-Actively follow up the procedures both with sellers/suppliers and internally and focus on getting best solutions and results
-Check reliability of new suppliers and unfamiliar new sources
-Handle recording of orders and relevant archiving
-Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations
-Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time, and resolve problems related to undelivered goods
Requirements
-At least BA degree in Business and/or Technical majors is preferred
-Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement/commercial field - foreign trade
-Ability to create reports and documents for procedures and tasks
-Comprehensive knowledge of foreign procurement and commercial procedures, regulations, sourcing and correspondence
-Familiar with commercial and international business terms and regulations
-Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
-Proficient in working with computer and internet
-Self-organized and motivated
-Fluent in English Language
