Foreign Accounting Manager

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Manage, plan, and oversee all accounting activities related to the company's and CEO's overseas accounts and international financial transactions.
Review, verify, and approve foreign payment requests, supporting documents, calculations, and funding requirements.
Supervise the recording and control of accounting entries related to international purchases, foreign currency payments, and cross-border transactions.
Manage foreign currency accounts, monitor cash flow and overseas bank accounts, and prepare analytical financial reports.
Prepare and review financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements, Cash Flow statements, bank reconciliations, petty cash reports, and other management reports.
Oversee account reconciliations with international customers, suppliers, and business partners.
Manage financial correspondence and follow up with foreign banks, suppliers, and international business partners.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of physical and electronic financial records while maintaining confidentiality.
Coordinate with Finance, Commercial, Procurement, and Management teams regarding international payments and overseas financial matters.
Prepare analytical reports on foreign currency accounts, international financial commitments, and overseas cash positions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in financial or international accounting, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Full professional proficiency in English, including reading, writing, business correspondence, and financial communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software.
Strong knowledge of international payment processes, foreign currency accounting, international fund transfers, and financial documentation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and interpret financial and management reports.
High level of accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, leadership, and team management skills.
