Job Description

Responsible to perform site visits, audits and daily inspections tasks (site PM) Responsible to Manage HW support and maintenance on regional sites. Respond to and log support calls/emails (or any other channels) in a timely fashion Providing first-level support through taking calls and handling the resulting incidents or Service Requests using the Incident Reporting and Request Fulfilment processes Manage the incident, service requests through their lifecycles. Authors and improves Knowledge Base content consistent with Knowledge Management processes Develop documentation and processes to improve product support and client experience

Requirements

-Having 3 years experience in this field -Timely report work status to team manager / operations manager/ team lead, and escalate if there is an major incident -Must be able to provide support for off-hours -Responsibel to take a daily backup from the system -Providing Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly and on-demand report
