Job Description

-Financial reporting and control according group standards (IFRS) and local requirements -Manage the planning/forecasting process -Maintain and improve systems and controls (e.g. later introduction of SAP full version) -Prepare cost reports for System Projects -Lead and coordinate local finance team -Coordinate Statutory Accounts and Tax -Support global Purchasing -Communicate with Group Controlling (Financial and Project CO) -Contact person for Division CFOs -Develop strategies with Managing Director -Support Managing Director and local management in commercial and legal issues

Requirements

-Experience with IFRS accounting and project business -Hands-on mentality, work unsupervised and with initiative -Knowledge in Microsoft Office and SAP FI/CO -Knowledge in consolidation tools (preferably Hyperion) -Managerial experience (team leader level) -Experience with foreign exchange transactions -Prior experience of working at subsidiary / divisional level within an international group would be advantageous. -Fluent English, verbal and written -Intercultural competence, flexibility in regard to working time
