- Directing and evaluating the performance of the financial team
- Preparing and analyzing of budget and cost reports
- Interacting with banks, auditors and legal authorities
- Planning and controlling the organization's budget and expenses
- Cooperating with senior management in financial decisions
- Cash flow management, payments and receivables collection
- Maintaining and updating financial information and providing reliable financial reports periodically
- Supervising of accounting, tax and financial discipline matters (added value, quarterly transaction statement, comprehensive business system and taxpayers' portfolio)
