Financial Manager

Job Description

Dahi Bandad Group is seeking a skilled, committed, and result-oriented Financial Manager to support the expansion of our financial activities and strengthen our management systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Implement financial policies and procedures.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
• Manage cash flow, bank accounts, and working capital.
• Oversee accounting operations, internal controls, and annual budgeting.
• Provide timely and accurate financial data and statutory reports.
• Lead and develop the finance team.
• Propose financial solutions to improve processes.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Financial Management, or Financial Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial management.
• Proficiency in Rahkaran, Sepidar, and Tadbir software (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and Iranian tax regulations (IFRS familiarity is a plus).
• Excellent Excel and financial software skills.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and reporting abilities.
