Job Description

We are looking for a reliable full skilled financial manager for a reputable company that is active in Education field and will effectively manage the accounting, management, and financial records by implementing, outlining areas for improvements, advising management on key issues, and ensuring that appropriate and who can join our holding in order to assist us in the management of our financial affairs in Iran-Tehran.

  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's growth objectives.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations.
  • Lead and develop a team of finance professionals.

Requirements

  • At least Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience. 
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • In-depth understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Experience in team management and development.
