Financial Manager (Pharmaceutical Distribution Industry)

Job Description

We are looking for a capable and results-driven Finance Manager to join our pharmaceutical holding company. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and integrating financial processes, controlling, budgeting, and financial analysis for the Holding’s Sales and Marketing teams.

In addition to overseeing financial performance, this role will be responsible for enhancing financial transparency, controlling costs, improving cash flow, strengthening the budgeting system, and providing financial insights to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee financial activities related to the Holding’s Sales and Marketing teams.

Manage and monitor the performance of the Controlling & Budgeting Manager and the relevant team.

Plan, control, and monitor Sales and Marketing budgets and analyze budget variances.

Review and control Sales and Marketing requests and expenses in accordance with approved budgets and financial policies.

Facilitate and streamline financial processes between the Sales & Marketing teams, the Holding’s Finance Department, and subsidiary companies.

Follow up on and improve financial processes related to sales, receivables, invoicing, and distribution companies.

Prepare financial reports and analyses related to sales performance, expenses, and budgets and present insights to management.

Identify bottlenecks in financial processes and develop solutions to simplify processes and improve their speed and effectiveness.

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other relevant managers and departments on financial decision-making.

Oversee the design and development of financial and budgeting dashboards required by the Sales and Marketing teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years of managerial experience in Finance or Controlling.

Experience working in a holding company or multi-company organization is considered an advantage.

Previous experience in the pharmaceutical distribution industry is preferred.

Strong knowledge of budgeting, controlling, management accounting, and financial analysis.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Rahkaran.

Strong problem-solving, team management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with managers and cross-functional teams.
