● Analyze and control existing operations results, in cooperation with store financial controllers.
● Monitor KPIs, analyze variance vs. budget and historic, and propose corrective action plans.
● Provide information and forecast to managers to help pilot the business performance.
● Challenge operation teams by controlling, reporting, and analyzing.
● Share best practices between businesses - including best practices from other country operations.
● Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the general manager of the business unit.
● Share best practices between stores - including best practices from other country operations.
● Prepare forecast and annual budget - Monthly performance review.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or Business Management.
● At least 2 years of experience in the financial field and financial control.
● Experience in related industries (Retail, Consumer goods) is a plus.
● Advanced knowledge of Excel.
