Job Description

  • Record and report all financial statements and documents.
  • Control purchase documents with the supplier’s invoice.
  • Provide and finalize the seasonal purchasing reports and VAT to the tax office
  • Monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing process and Balance checking.
  • Provide reports related to inventory accounting.
  • Control all payments.
  • Report to Management regarding the accounting reports and all related issues.
  • Check and control the statement of accounts of business partners, contractors and customers.
  • Prepare and monitor weekly bank reconciliations and prepare accounts payable.
  • Go to finance and insurance offices and banks to communicate with them and complete the file or documents they want.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Maximum age: 35 years old.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting.
  • Knowledge of accounting and financial software: Yas and Sepidar.
  • Knowledge of accounting standards.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with tax laws, labor laws, and social security organizations.
  • Familiarity with warehouse accounting, fixed assets, payroll, and contracting
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, highly focused, and self-mannered.
  • Honest, trustworthy, committed, responsible, flexible, patient, and secretive.
  •  A punctual person, motivated and hardworking.
