
Job Description
End to end processing of company’s payroll. Preparation of various reports of payroll for managers Preparation of end year termination, Noruz bonus and leave Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions. Accomplishment of all duties related to calculation, payment, and registration of payroll documents. Reconciliation of accounts and remedying them Issuing the accounting documents related to payroll. Prepares reports from final modification of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non taxable wages Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes Maintains employee confidence and protects Payroll operations by keeping information confidential Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Answering staff queries regarding payroll

Analyzing Information Attention to Details Confidentiality General Math Skills Reporting Skills Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work to deadlines Punctual, reliable, responsible and good team worker Good command of Iranian labor law and salary tax Knowledge of Hamkaran accountant application Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Education: BSc in Finance or Accounting from a reputable university Experience: Minimum 4 Years experience at the same position
