Job Description

-Objective: Establish control mechanisms and support for the development of the daily functions of the Administration department, which lead to the monthly elaboration of the financial statements, guaranteeing information about the faithful image of the company -Responsible for closing and completing monthly and annual reporting -Supervision of the daily tasks of the department, guaranteeing the correct execution and correcting, in its case, the possible errors or omissions -Attention to the audit team of accounts and support in the preparation of the Annual accounts -Compliance with legal obligations in tax matters and other tax statements or assimilable statistics -Allocate necessary resources and control the compliance of the Prevention, Quality, Environment and any other management system or regulations that the Company is endowed with

Requirements

-Minimum 7 years of experience in similar roles (Having relevant experience in Oil & Gas/Steel industry is an advantage) -Degree in Business Administration and Management or equivalent experience. -Specialization courses: MBA course valued -Familiarity with contracts is a plus -Background and education in Business Administration -Acquaintance with local banking institutions, public and tax institutions -Knowledge of local taxation and regulations -International training is a plus -Cross culture skills -Proficiency in English (German recommended) -Knowledge of IT -Courageous with the drive to act in difficult situations -Not bureaucratic profile at all -Common sense and attitude to learn permanently
