Job Opportunity: Finance Manager – International Entities
Location: Tehran – Yousef Abad
Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and internationally minded Finance Manager to support and oversee the financial, tax, compliance, and corporate governance matters of our growing international business structure.

The ideal candidate should have strong financial and accounting knowledge, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with external accounting firms, tax advisors, legal consultants, banks, and internal management teams across different jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial, accounting, tax, and compliance matters related to international entities
• Coordinate with external accounting firms, tax advisors, legal consultants, auditors, and banks
• Follow up on statutory filings, tax declarations, accounting deadlines, annual reports, and other compliance requirements
• Support corporate governance matters, including board resolutions and intercompany records
• Monitor intercompany transactions and financial documentation between related entities
• Prepare financial and managerial reports for senior management
• Ensure proper documentation, internal controls, and record-keeping for international operations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis
• Identify financial, tax, legal, or governance risks and escalate them in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, audit, tax, financial control, or corporate finance
• Experience with international entities or cross-border operations is a strong advantage
• Strong command of English, especially in business correspondence, financial documentation, and communication with foreign advisors
• Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, tax compliance, internal controls, and corporate documentation
• Familiarity with corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing, intercompany transactions, or international tax concepts is a plus
• Familiarity with IFRS or international accounting standards is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of preparing accurate financial and managerial reports
• Experience with ERP or accounting software is an advantage
