Company Overview
Asia Azad Gostar Petro-Energy Industrial Development Holding (Public Joint Stock Company) is a newly established company on its path to becoming a multi-sector holding and regulated financial institution under the supervision of the Securities and Exchange Organization (SEO) of Iran.
The Holding manages and develops a diversified portfolio that includes drilling, road construction, building, gold assets, tokenized assets, and is planning to establish or acquire regulated financial institutions, including leasing companies, asset management firms, and investment & financing funds. The organization is currently in the process of designing and implementing its core financial infrastructure.

Purpose of the Role
The purpose of the Holding Finance Manager role is to architect and operationalize the financial management and consolidated reporting system of the Holding from the ground up, ensuring that:
• Financial information across the group is accurate, reliable, and timely
• Strategic decision-making by the CEO and Board of Directors is supported by comprehensive financial insight
• Regulatory and compliance requirements of both the capital market and financial entities are integrated from the outset
This role is pivotal for transforming a nascent organization into a disciplined, scalable, and investment-ready financial holding.

Organizational Position & Reporting Line
• Reporting Structure: Matrix
• Strategic reporting: Chief Executive Officer
• Operational reporting: Deputy of Finance
• Key interactions: Board of Directors, independent auditors, regulatory authorities, finance managers of subsidiaries

Key Responsibilities
A) Consolidation & Financial Reporting:
• Design, implement, and manage consolidated financial reporting processes
• Standardize accounting policies and procedures across subsidiaries with diverse business types
• Oversee financial integration of industrial, construction, and financial entities
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reports submitted to regulatory authorities
• Manage relationships with independent auditors for consolidated audits
B) Financial Planning, Budgeting & Control (FP&A):
• Develop and manage the Holding’s consolidated budgeting process and monitor variances
• Oversee centralized cash management and optimize capital structure at group level
• Conduct advanced financial analyses to assess profitability, risk, and return on investments
• Prepare managerial and analytical reports for executive decision-making
C) Governance, Compliance & Controls:
• Design and implement integrated financial internal controls across the Holding
• Ensure regulatory and tax compliance across subsidiaries
• Support Audit, Risk, and Investment Committees (if established)
• Prepare the financial structure for compliance with capital market and financial entity requirements
D) Leadership & Team Development:
• Collaborate with the Deputy of Finance to develop and lead the central finance team
• Guide and align finance managers of subsidiaries
• Transfer financial expertise, standardize processes, and foster a culture of accountability

Technical & Professional Requirements
• Deep expertise in Iranian accounting standards, particularly consolidated financial reporting
• Thorough understanding of M&A accounting, especially for financial entities
• Strong capability in financial systems design and management information systems (MIS)
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced reporting tools
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed organizational structures

Experience Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience in preparing and managing consolidated financial statements
• Previous roles in holdings, industrial groups, investment companies, or financial institutions
• Demonstrated interaction with auditors and regulatory authorities
